2019 Nissan Pathfinder: Latest News, Release Date, Interior

For those who are in a market for a large, spacious, and fun to drive SUV, then the Nissan Pathfinder should be on your option on the list. It features a powerful engine and it has become more fuel efficient than the previous generations. It is loaded with many user-friendly features and the safety has been upgraded with the outgoing, 2018 model year. The 2017 model year has been fully overhauled getting more power under the hood and improved safety systems. However, the 2018 version has carried on with the improvements in the safety department and has gotten the new rear door alert and automatic emergency braking as standard. So, since the Pathfinder is relatively new and improved in many segments, the upcoming 2019 Nissan Pathfinder will most likely be a carryover. Of course, some tech upgrades could be expected even now.

The upcoming Pathfinder will be available in several trims as its forerunner. Those are S, SV, SL, and Platinum models. There shouldn’t be changes both inside and out and also under the hood. It will compete against Toyota Highlander, Ford Explorer, VW Atlas, Honda Pilot, and Mazda CX-9.

Exterior and interior design

Since it has been refreshed two years ago, the newest 2019 Nissan Pathfinder probably won’t feature any cosmetic changes. It is known for its conservative styling and with revised V-motion grille and more curves, it looks more modern. As well, with a revised bumper, the Pathfinder has gotten a bolder appearance.

What families love the most about this model is its spacious cabin and generous cargo space. Its interior is very functional and comfortable too. It is able to welcome 7 passengers in three rows of seats and the third row is the best for children. The second and the third row of seats can also be folded down which significantly increases the cargo space.
