According to the Hyundai Company, the new trim will be added to the Palisade model. From what we heard, the upcoming model will be called 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and is official. This variant is the new range-topper that is position above the existing Limited trim.

Besides much better styling, the new trim will use the same powertrain as the regular one. The automaker announced that this model would arrive this month in the United States. However, due to Coronavirus, we think that the release date might be moved for a couple of months. We have some leaked information and the dealer guide suggests that this model will cost around $48,890 (plus a $1,140 destination fee).

If you remember, the same engine also powers a regular model. Besides, it runs through an eight-speed automatic with an all-wheel-drive system. On top of that, with a full load of passengers, the Palisade can provide maximum towing of 5,000-pounds.

Release Date and Price

The new 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy will arrive most likely at the end of this year. Besides great design, the new model offers a powerful V6 engine like the regular model. Interestingly, the manufacturer revealed how much this new trim would cost.

According to Hyundai, the upcoming Calligraphy trim starts at $48,890. Compared to the regular model equipped with an all-wheel-drive Limited trim, this is around $925 more. The cheapest Palisade begins at $33,665, including the destination charge.
