The popular American company Ford is going to extend its line of cars. The all-new electric crossover is on the move and we got some information about it. According to the officials, the new model will be called 2021 Ford Mach E and it will introduce a Mustang-inspired design.
The all-electric crossover will provide a modern and stylish design followed with the spacy interior. Also, it will be capable to provide around 300 miles of driving range on a single charge. It comes with the standard rear-wheel drive system and optional all-wheel drive. The release date of this model is confirmed for the end of the next year.
2021 Ford Mach E Design
The 2021 Ford Mach E is an all-electric SUV that will be inspired by Ford`s popular Mustang model. The design of the Mach E looks unique and it will use similar styling cues and features from the Mustang. From the image that is circulating over the popular sites, the upcoming 2021 Ford Mach E will get an attractive, sporty and futuristic design.

The upcoming 2021 Ford Mach E SUV is an all-electric crossover. According to the latest report, the manufacturer will use a more advanced battery pack and a pair of electric motors/generators. There will be exactly two electric motors. One will be located upfront and the other one at the back of this SUV. The rear-wheel-drive will be the standard, while the all-wheel-drive system will be offered as optional. As we already wrote, the new 2021 Ford Mach E will be deployed with a powerful battery of 100-kWh.
The company said, that with a single charge, this model will go around 300 miles. If this is true, the new model will provide fewer milages than its main rival Tesla Model X. The Tesla X model is able to travel 325 miles or 524 km on a single charge. However, we must wait for more information to come.
Price and Release Date
According to some rumors, the new Ford Mach E may start at $40,000. The 2021 Ford Mach E will be refresh in Ford’s lineup of vehicles. The all-electric crossover looks futuristic and offers the latest techs.
Thanks to all the above, it will get many competitors. It will compete against models such as Tesla Model Y, Kia Niro EV, and Hyundai Kona Electric. The debut date is not clear yet. However, from some speculations, this model may debut in the second half of 2020.
