The all-new 2021 Ford Expedition is a full-size SUV that will introduce numerous upgrades. Besides the regular model, Expedition MAX will be also available. As before this model will be larger than the base one. Also, the MAX version will get a more spacious cabin that can accommodate eight passengers, while the standard model offers rooms for seven.
Under the hood, there will be some changes. From the latest information, the manufacturer alongside the base gasoline engine will offer the new diesel and a hybrid version.

However, official details about hybrid variants are not available at this moment. According to the reliable source, the manufacturer may use the same 3.5-liter V6 that power the base model. Furthermore, this engine will be connected to one electric motor that will power the same battery that is used on the F-150 hybrid. Also, the new Expedition sits on the same platform that underpins the Ford F-150 pickup truck.
2021 Ford Expedition Price and Release Date
The 2021 Ford Expedition will be redesigned, and this will increase its price. The base XLT that offers tons of features will be priced at $53,000, while Expedition Max is $3,500 more. However, upper trim like Limited can easily pass the $63,000 tag.
According to the latest information, the hybrid version will cost around $6,000 more than the base XLT model. The redesigned Ford Expedition will be available next year as the 2021 model.
