Also, thanks to the powerful 50-kWh battery, this engine can provide 193 miles of driving range. Furthermore, with a 100-kW outlet, this battery needs around 30 minutes for 80 percent recharge.

Release Date and Price

The upcoming SUV will arrive in Europe later this year. However, the rest of the markets must wait for the beginning of 2020. The Peugeot 2008 will be available in four trim levels: Active, Allure, GT Line and GT.

From some experts view, the 2020 Peugeot 2008 will cost slightly more than before. As for the all-electric e-2008 model, it will cost a few thousand dollars more than the base model.
