We are soon expecting to see the newest 2019 GMC Terrain which will hit the market very similar to the current model. However, the only novelty we anticipate this time is the new Black Edition package which will bring changes in the exterior design.

Under the hood of the 2019 GMC Terrain will be placed three types of engines which also power the outgoing version. And all three options will be offered with a choice of front-wheel and all-wheel drive systems. So, to start with the base unit and it is a 1.5-liter inline-4 turbocharged engine. Design of exterior
As far as the exterior is concerned, the 2019 GMC Terrain definitively looks distinctive and handsome with sharp lines, floating roof, blacked-out rear pillars, and prominent LED headlamps. The front end is dominated by the large grille and daytime running lights in a shape of a boomerang. In the standard model, the grille will feature standard three bars while in the Denali trim, the grille will get a chrome mesh pattern. The base model will ride on the 17-inch wheels while the larger 18 inchers will be optional. However, the range-topping Denali will use unique 19-inch alloy wheels.
Furthermore, the 2019 model year will now offer the new Black Edition version which will add darker exterior details and elements. So, the grille will be darker and will feature a black surround. The carmaker has also added black to the side-view mirror caps and roof rails. As well, it will get 19-inch aluminum wheels with a glossy black finish and black exterior badging. Moreover, the Black Edition model will be available in five exterior colors. Those include Ebony Twilight Metallic, Graphite Gray Metallic, Summit White, Sedona Metallic, and Satin Steel Metallic. However, the Black Edition will only be available on the SLE and SLT trim levels.
